We’re looking for a highly creative and culturally aware Social Media Manager to own our Instagram presence and help shape how our brand shows up online. This role is equal parts strategy, content creation, and community-building, perfect for someone who loves staying ahead of trends and knows how to turn insights into growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Trend Spotting & Strategy: Stay on top of social and cultural trends, bringing fresh, relevant ideas to keep our Instagram presence engaging and on-brand.
  • Content Creation: Create and edit social-first content (primarily with iPhone) that feels native, organic, and aspirational.
  • Platform Management: Lead the Instagram account end to end, including calendar planning, scheduling, posting, coordinating collabs, and ensuring everything feels aligned with the brand.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the Art Director and Community Manager to use existing content effectively while also producing original content.
  • Analytics & Insights: Track and analyze Instagram insights to help grow reach, engagement, and following, turning learnings into actionable strategies.
  • Brand Stewardship: Ensure all aspects of the profile such as link in bio, highlights, pinned posts, and profile picture are always updated and aligned with the brand identity.
  • On-Set Support: Assist on shoots and content days, ensuring deliverables are captured for social.
  • Customer Connection: Maintain a deep understanding of our customer, ensuring tone, content, and cultural references resonate with them.
  • Community Engagement: Respond to DMs, comments, and tagged posts, proactively engage with customers, influencers, and brand partners, and identify UGC to repurpose for content.
  • Tiktok: Manage posting and content for Tiktok, using content that is primarily made for instagram and paid ads


What We’re Looking For

  • Instagram Culture Expertise: Strong understanding of Instagram culture and what makes content go viral.
  • Hands-On Creator: Comfortable shooting and editing with an iPhone.
  • Storytelling Passion: Love for brand storytelling and lifestyle content.
  • Data-Driven: Ability to balance creativity with analytics to inform decisions.
  • Organized & Collaborative: Experienced in managing calendars and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Customer Insight: Intuitively understands our customer and how to speak their language.
