Size & Fit

Size information can be found on the product page of each item. Most products are true to size. When converting to women's sizes from men's, go up 1 size. Please note that all our physical products are labeled with Mens sizing.


How do I wash my slippers?

To wash them you can follow the steps below:

  1. Grab a towel
  2. Soak it in water and laundry detergent
  3. Scrub the slippers until they are clean

Another option is to throw them in the washing machine on cold, alongside other towels and then air dry.

Note: Not applicable for Corduroy and Suede Collections


Where is my order?

For all online orders, you will receive an email when your order ships with a tracking number.

Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact concierge@brunch.us.

If the carrier has confirmed the delivery of your package through a tracking number, we suggest checking with your household members and neighbors to determine if they received it on your behalf. Alternatively, you can directly contact the carrier for assistance.

If you have any additional inquiries, please don't hesitate to contact our support team.

While we cannot be held responsible for lost packages, your satisfaction is our priority, and we are dedicated to finding a resolution for you.


What is your return / exchange policy?

Brunch offers returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on all domestic orders. Domestic returns for refund will be subject to a $8 return restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. The return restocking fee will be waived on exchanges.

You can start a return or exchange using our Brunch Order Portal

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. All replacements are at the discretion of our customer experience team.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It may take up to 7 business days for your bank account to post the refund. 

We do not offer returns on international orders.

Does Brunch ship internationally?

Yes, however please note that all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (ddu). Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country. 

Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.


How much does shipping cost?

For all domestic orders we charge $10 for orders less than $200, and orders $200 or more shipping is free. This helps cover a small portion of our shipping & packing fees.

For international orders it varies depending on the country, which is calculated at checkout. Please note custom and duties are not included so please be prepared to pay the cost when your package is delivered.


What payment methods are accepted?

We Accept - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay


Local Delivery 

NYC same day delivery is available Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Local delivery orders placed before noon will be delivered by 10pm. Local orders placed after 12pm will be delivered the following business day before 10pm. We are not able to accommodate specific delivery time requests.

For all local delivery orders, a notification is sent to the customer as soon as the package is shipped out. The message informs the customer of the delivery window and gives them the option to reschedule their delivery for a preferred time window.

We charge $13 per order.
