Our marketing is at the heart of our growth, and we're looking for a Paid Ads Manager to help us scale our performance marketing efforts across social media and digital channels.

We're seeking a Paid Ads Manager to lead our performance marketing strategy across social media, optimizing campaigns for growth and efficiency. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of paid social strategies, and hands-on experience managing high-performance campaigns. You’ll be responsible for driving ROAS through data-driven optimizations, creative testing, and strategic budget allocation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) to drive conversions and revenue growth.
  • Manage budget allocation, and bid strategies to maximize efficiency and scale performance.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, LTV, CTR, CVR) to make data-driven decisions and iterate on campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to test ad creatives, copy, and formats, ensuring our ads remain engaging and on-brand.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to optimize landing pages, improve conversion rates, and support new product/category launches.
  • Research and experiment with new ad platforms and strategies to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to understand what is working and identify new opportunities.
  • Build automated reporting dashboards and provide insights on campaign performance to key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in paid social advertising (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.), preferably in e-commerce or DTC brands.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other ad tracking tools.
  • Proven track record of improving ROAS and scaling paid social budgets.
  • Comfortable working with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus: Experience with Google Ads, Shopping, display, and affiliate marketing.
