Brunch is a New York-based lifestyle brand redefining effortless, everyday footwear. We blend style and comfort, creating aesthetic, functional pieces that fit seamlessly into your life. As we expand, we’re looking for a creative and dynamic Summer Intern to support our content, gifting, community engagement, and event activations.

Key Responsibilities

• TikTok & Content Production
• Support our Art Director with production of our photoshoot logistics - From prop sourcing to securing talent, to on-site preparation and more.
• Assist in creating & posting ~5-7 TikToks per week, helping develop an engaging, high-growth strategy.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content at events, photoshoots, and retail activations.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy (engagement, views, shares)
• Influencer & Gifting Strategy
• Support gifting programs—from campaign outreach to packaging & tracking.
• Research and identify potential influencers who align with the Brunch brand.
• Community Engagement, Events & Activations
• Track paparazzi shots & social press clippings featuring Brunch.
• Attend store events and activations on weekends to capture real-time content and engage with the community.
• Assist in planning and executing in-store experiences that bring the Brunch brand to life.
• Work closely with the Art Director and Community Coordinator, your main points of contact, to align on creative and brand messaging.

Who You Are

• Passionate about content, community, and brand storytelling
• Social media-savvy (especially TikTok & Instagram trends)
• Organized and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience in content creation is a plus
