We are looking for individuals that want to be a part of a lean, entrepreneurial and fast-pace team, but also want to kick it once the day ends. We are looking for a Brand Manager to lead our storytelling and work with team members to implement robust initiatives across each of our marketing funnels.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the formation of the Brunch marketing calendar; thinking about types of stories and cultural moments we want to speak to on a yearly basis.
- Lead the conceptualization of campaigns, bringing new, out of the box ideas, to the table with each moment - Optimizing for organic awareness.
- Lead the marketing team to work cohesively against a unified language for each marketing campaign. Ensure the team is adhering to best practices for 360-campaigns, such as budgeting, post-mortem recaps and data tracking.
- Manage storytelling initiatives for new campaigns, including writing and refining copy for press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.
- Assist in communication efforts leading up to the execution of collaborations and ensure all moving parts are working in parallel for a cohesive rollout.
- Implement a focused evergreen marketing strategy across our physical and digital channels.
- Create a unified identity for the Brunch brand, specifically optimizing for cohesive communication practices across eComm, social channels, and ongoing campaigns.
- Goal setting with your manager and deliver, measure and report on aligned brand KPI’s across all channels.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Marketing
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field
- A scrappy attitude, highly resourceful, and are not in the habit of depending on large budgets or stacked staffing to complete high-quality projects on time.
- Skilled in managing social driven campaigns and online channels of distribution
- Ability to be a source of inspiration and energy for the team around you
- Highly proficient in Microsoft/Adobe Suite
