We are looking for individuals that want to be a part of a lean, entrepreneurial and fast-pace team, but also want to kick it once the day ends. We are looking for a Head of Operations to oversee daily activities across supply chain, customer experience and fulfillment - and integrate the most efficient & durable procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard to the Brunch brand and current systems
  • Partner with vendors to ensure the seamless flow of product across the supply chain
  • Manage all aspects of the operation including; order fulfillment, quality assurance, inventory accuracy, and materials procurement
  • Drive Gross Margin improvement through process management, target setting, cross functional collaboration, and COGS optimizations
  • Placing purchase orders with factories / invoicing vendors & partners as needed
  • Ensure accurate and on-time fulfillment and shipment of all customer orders
  • Manage raw materials procurement and inventory levels and implement an inventory management system
  • Build out needed systems for continuously synchronized calendars across organizational functions, while holding management teams accountable
  • Assist in implementing and managing the highest quality customer experiences
  • Manage 1 CX Team member
  • Develop robust manuals for scaling CX team
  • Collaborate with executive team to update all customer experiences: from eComm to FAQ to packaging & more
  • Develop and simplify technical workflows to operationalize projects for scalability
  • Assist in developing budgeting systems across all company functions
  • Provide reporting on daily, weekly and monthly key performance metrics

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or related field
  • Experienced (5+ years) leader; preferably has operated in an early stage, entrepreneurial company and has experience working for a director consumer brand
  • Familiarity with all business functions including HR, finance, fulfillment, supply chain and CX
  • Experience managing shopify operations and working closely with a 3PL to fulfill orders
  • Innovative, team-player with proven success in a constantly evolving environment with rapidly changing priorities
  • Ability to flex between micro and macro level thinking and work with all levels of management
  • A communicative leader. Able to develop and maintain effective relationships and partnerships both cross-functionally within the business and with external partners
  • Exceptionally organized. Able to multitask and prioritize, highly detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through
  • Must have exceptional computer skills (MS Office, Excel)
