We are looking for an Operations Intern that wants to be a part of a lean, entrepreneurial and fast-pace team. This role will be tasked with managing various operational tasks related to our shopify/inventory systems & also play a role in the execution of different gifting campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries through email, social media and SMS
- Manage exchanges, returns, damages and customer requests to completion
- Provide exceptional customer experience
- Initiate a new clienteling program for targeted outreach with our VIP customers
- Operations
- Office Management
- Returns Processing
- Shopify Inventory Management
- Shopify product & inventory upload
- 3PL Management including receiving inventory, weekly meetings and cost tracking
- Support the organization & inventory operations of our retail locations
- Other
- Assist marketing when extra help is needed across gifting, content & events
- Support HR initiatives, such as team events / outings
Qualifications:
- A scrappy attitude, highly resourceful
- Skilled in managing social driven campaigns and online channels of distribution
- Ability to be a source of inspiration and energy for the team around you
- A communicative leader. Able to develop and maintain effective relationships and partnerships both cross-functionally within the business and with external partners
- Willing to work 4 days/week in office
- Exceptionally organized. Able to multitask and prioritize, highly detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through
- Must have exceptional computer skills (MS Office, Excel)
