Brunch is a New York-based lifestyle brand dedicated to elevating everyday leisure with functional, stylish products. We are looking for a creative and dynamic Junior Art Director to join our team and help bring our brand’s vision to life across all visual touch points.

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Oversee and manage our brand’s social media platforms, ensuring cohesive visual storytelling.
  • Content Production: Produce engaging, high-quality content that aligns with our brand’s identity and resonates with our audience.
  • UGC Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with user-generated content (UGC) creators, helping to integrate authentic voices into our brand narrative.
  • Seasonal Art Direction: Collaborate in the creation of seasonal art direction boards to inspire new campaigns and product launches.
  • Content Consultant Management: Maintain a network of content consultants, including models, photographers, and other creatives to enhance our projects.
  • Brand Alignment: Help ensure visual consistency across all art-related brand touch points, from campaigns to social media.
  • Graphic Design Oversight: Collaborate with the design team to ensure all graphic design elements, such as social media assets, website graphics, and promotional materials, align with the brand's aesthetic and seasonal direction.
  • Content Creation: Actively create original content by shooting products on iPhone, film, or digital mediums to generate fresh and authentic visuals.
  • Cultural Relevance: Stay on top of current cultural trends and moments to ensure the brand remains relevant and connected to its audience.
  • Brunch Brand Identity: Immerse yourself in the Brunch brand identity and work to express this through all creative efforts.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a creative or art direction role, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands.
  • Experience in graphic design or collaborating closely with graphic designers.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends in content production.
  • Ability to create and maintain mood boards and seasonal visual guides.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple creative projects and consultant relationships.
  • A passion for staying culturally informed and connected to trends in fashion, art, and content.
  • An eye for detail and a proactive attitude towards hands-on content creation.
