We are looking for a Brand Manager that wants to be a part of a lean, entrepreneurial and fast-pace team. This role will be tasked with developing campaign ideas around our existing releases & seeing through all physical & digital touchpoints of our marketing campaigns.

We are looking to build a family that will continue to create emotional connections with each other and with the brand. We’ve got a vision and a great opportunity in front of us, but we just need the right family to execute it.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for being the absolute brand ‘protector,’ making sure that all customer facing initiatives are consistent to our brand values, narrative, tone of voice and aesthetic
  • Own and manage the annual brand road map, brand strategy and marketing calendar, working closely with the product team on timeline coordination and alignment 
  • Lead, shape and inspire content creation including creative direction, design, writing and experiential across all client engagement channels
  • Collaborate closely with the product and design teams to ensure consistency of brand identity
  • Ideate, develop, and execute 360-degree campaigns working across all marketing levers (digital and physical) for product releases, collaborations, and core product 
  • Emphasis on content creation and roll out, social media strategy, influencer marketing, brand partnerships and events 
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure all teams are working in unison to activate the go-to-market strategy
  • Optimize the pop-up strategy including localized marketing initiatives and brand partnerships focused on client acquisition and community building (i.e. college ambassador program, local events, etc.)
  • Analyze and assess marketing performance by channel through KPI reporting; prepare analytics-based insights and findings, takeaways and recommendations
  • Maintain and manage yearly budgets, analyzing spend and allocation based on marketing and product performance
  • Identify and nurture a creative network in order to hire successfully and quickly for both full time and freelance needs
  • Optimize the team structure and workflow cadences to ensure proper project management
  • Continually survey, discuss, and share art, culture, and trends with the organization to inspire creativity throughout all business functions 


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field
  • 3-5+ years experience in developing strategic brand and creative direction at a creative agency and/or in-house creative/marketing department
  • A scrappy attitude, highly resourceful, and are not in the habit of depending on large budgets or stacked staffing to complete high-quality projects on time.
  • Skilled in managing social driven campaigns and online channels of distribution
  • Ability to be a source of inspiration and energy for the team around you
  • Content production experience including; script writing, art direction, directing talent, and post production management.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft/Adobe Suite
